Products, Specifications, Availability & Pricing

Digital Product Proofs
A digital proof showing your product imprint or engraving will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the design and information included in your imprint or engraving. Please review each proof carefully.

We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. Production Time
Imprinted or engraved products typically ship within 10 business days of order. Rush orders are available at additional cost and vary in price depending on product and turnaround time required.

Shipping
We ship to USA and Canada addresses only. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Expedited delivery is available at additional cost; contact us for details. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. In the case of damage, please keep the original packaging must be kept until your claim has been resolved.

Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have additional shipping charges applied.
