- Production Time. Unimprinted orders, generally ship within 3-5 business days. Printed orders typically ship within 28 days of order. Standard shipping method is Ground. Rush Orders are available at additional cost and vary in price depending on product and turnaround time required. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.
- Shipping Limitations. We ship to USA and Canada addresses only. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Any damage to the shipment, loss or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. In the case of damage, the original packaging must be kept until claim has been filed.
- Returns. We stand behind our products and workmanship. Custom printed goods can be returned if the imprinting error is ours or the product is defective. Our approval must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. It is suggested, that unless you are familiar with the merchandise to be imprinted, that you order a sample for your inspection.
- Currency. All pricing is in US Dollars. Canadian online orders will be charged in US Dollars. If you are ordering from Canada and would like to be billed in CDN Dollars, please contact our CDN office directly for current rates.
