We have built our reputation on our high quality printing. Because of the differences between surfaces and materials of the varioius wine openers and accessories, different printing methods are used on each. Each product page tells you which printing method is used for each product. Definitions of each are below:
Hotstamping. A foil is used and embossed onto the opener. This gives a rich, shiny appearance to the imprint and is bonded into the surface for a "lasting impression". Available foils are gold, silver or copper.
Pad printing: most often used when surfaces are curved or irregular or when a specific print color is requested. By pad printing we can match to any Pantone (PMS) color requested. Laser engraving is used on smooth metal surfaces where inks will not adhere. This method makes for a subtle but permanant impression.
Artwork:
.ai, .eps, or .pdf are preferred formats. Other formats may also be acceptable but are subject to our approval.
Proofs:
A .pdf proof of actual size layout will be submitted to you for approval prior to production.
