Unimprinted orders generally leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days and ship regular UPS Ground. For faster turnaround time and expedited shipping options please call us. Printed orders typically ship within 4 weeks of order.
First time orders are payable in advance by credit card or check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Net 30 terms are available for repeat orders, with approved credit.
We stand behind our products and workmanship. Custom printed goods can be returned if the imprinting error is ours or the product is defective. Our approval must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. It is suggested, that unless you are familiar with the merchandise to be imprinted, that you order a sample for your inspection.
