Answer:
For the majority of our items, the first column pricing is the minimum order required for personalization. For many of the corkscrews with 100 unit minimums, we can print as few as 75 units at additional cost. Please inquire for further details.
What if I only want 1?
Answer:
WineOpeners.com is a specialist in offering custom printed wine items in bulk at wholesale pricing. We do not offer individual units for sale.
Will I receive a sample of my order, before production?
Answer:
All customers will receive a visual layout of the item they choose with their logo showing size and positioning. This layout will be e-mailed or faxed and will require the customers approval before production begins.
How do I send you what I would like imprinted on the item?
Answer:
At check out, you will be asked to provide the information you would like to appear on the item. You will be asked to specify a font preference, or you can choose the option for us to “suggest a font”. We will typeset various options for you to take a look at. We will then e-mail it over for you to choose from.
If you would like to use a logo, or clip art, there will an option in the check out area, to “attach artwork”. For submitted artwork, Vector art is preferred. Fully vectorized files should be created in Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw, and saved in Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps formats. All fonts contained in these file types should be converted to outlines. Some .pdf files may be acceptable.
Does the price include an imprint?
Answer:
Yes, for items that are printed, all prices include a one-location, one color imprint. Additional fees apply for second location/second sided imprint. For items that are engraved, prices include a one-location engraving. For a second location engraving, additional fees apply.
What if I don’t want the item customized?
Answer:
Minimum order requirements are still applicable for items where customization is not required however the price per unit is reduced. Please inquire for further details.
Can I receive a sample?
Answer:
Yes. We are happy to send you samples of any of our items. Fees apply to samples you keep otherwise samples returned within 21 days are not subject to any fees. Shipping charges apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer:
Once we have received your order, you will be e-mailed a graphic layout within 24 hours. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer rush service?
Answer:
Yes, rush service is available for most of our items. Rush charges will apply and will vary from $50 to $95 depending on product and turnaround time required.
