Printing Methods

We have built our reputation on our high quality printing. The printing method we prefer is foil hotstamping. This gives a rich, shiny appearance to the imprint and is bonded into the surface for a "lasting impression".

We pad print when surfaces are curved or irregular. This method is also used for multi-color printing and when colors must be matched.

Laser engraving is used on smooth metal surfaces where inks will not adhere. This method is also the most prestigious.

Standard Printing Colors:

Foil hotstamping: gold, silver, copper
Pad printing: gold, silver, black, white, yellow (PMS 116), warm red, red (PMS 485), blue (PMS 294), blue (PMS 2935), green (PMS 355), brown (PMS 1545). Matched colors available at extra cost.

Artwork:

Digital artwork by e-mail in .ai or .eps are preferred formats. Other formats may also be acceptable but are subject to our approval. Camera ready black and white art on camera paper is also acceptable. Multi-color art must be separated.

Proofs:

A .pdf or fax proof of actual size layout will be submitted for approval prior to production.
